Rich Williams - CEO

Rich Williams is a junior Marketing major from Xenia, Ohio. He was raised in North Eastern Pennsylvania, in the city of Clarks Summit, and enjoyed varsity soccer and basketball throughout his high school career. He has been involved in the Cedarville discipleship small groups, intramurals, and Cedarville Ambassadors. In his eyes, business is a great opportunity to touch the lives of people.  Through marketing, he will be able to network and converse with many people in any given situation. His aspirations include pursuing a master’s program after graduation along with finding employment in a marketing firm. As CEO of Im’Paks, Rich looks forward to the opportunity to be stretched, to learn, and to develop critical leadership and organizational skills.

 

Erin Blackburn - Executive Assistant

Erin Blackburn is a junior Marketing major from Cincinnati, Ohio. Erin enjoys getting others excited about the things she is passionate for. She realizes that God has given her the ability to be a personable business woman that communicates sharply and persuasively with others. One day she would love to work for a health and fitness company because of her interest in healthy living. In her spare time she loves running, theatre, piano, cooking, and soccer. At Cedarville Erin has been involved with the touring drama team, instructing fitness classes, and intramural sports. She really enjoys the fast paced life of a college student, and thanks the Lord daily for his immeasurable blessings.

 

Steven Gilbert - Vice President of Acct. & Finance

Steven Gilbert has lived in the small town of Pleasant Lake, IN for his entire life. He is the youngest of five children. He attended Lakewood Park Christian School from second grade to graduation and received an honors diploma while participating in three varsity sports. He has been a teller at First Federal Savings Bank of Angola for two years. At Cedarville, he is involved in a number of business organizations including Financial Management Association, SIFE, TAS and SCEO’s. He has always had a passion for accounting and finance since high school and is thrilled to have this opportunity.

 

Luke Marot - Vice President of Info. Systems

Luke Marot is a junior Information Systems major from King, North Carolina. For years, he has had a diverse set of interests and hobbies, including recreational movie production, graphic design, construction, home improvement, pyrography, the colonial-era trades, and composing music, especially in the baroque and classical styles. Due to these wide interests, choosing a career has proved difficult; he is still seeking guidance for a career path after graduation, but has some ideas as to the fields he may pursue.  In addition to academic activities, Luke is also involved in the university’s chapter of SIFE, where he serves on the Tech team. His self-taught experience in graphic layout and design has proved invaluable to his work with the company’s logo, website, and presentations.

 

Amy Fleming - Vice President of Marketing

Amy Fleming is a junior Marketing major from Sylvania, Ohio. She loves interacting and being involved with others. Amy discovered her strong passion for helping others fulfill their needs through a summer cashiering job at Kroger. Playing sports throughout her life has helped her develop good team leadership and dedication. She did a bit of marketing in high school by designing team gymnastic leotards and warm-ups. Her goals for Im’Paks is to be an encouragement to others, gain valuable experience from hands on experience, and have a great time working and growing as a team. In the future, Amy hopes to combine her love for Christ and marketing skills in the professional world.

 

Ben Peloquin - Vice President of Operations

Ben Peloquin is a junior Business Management major from Chester, New Hampshire. A few of his hobbies include playing the piano, collecting coins, traveling, and exercising. He loves to spend time in Boston, going to Red Sox games and concerts. He is an active member of Fellowship Bible Church in Chester, NH, where he serves on a praise team. During the summers he works for a Land Surveying company, but he’s also had experience in health care and retail. Ben will be doing an internship in London, England next spring. He hopes to eventually work and serve God in Western Europe.

 

Allie Ajamian - Vice President of Service

Alexandra Ajamian, from Frederick, Maryland, is a junior Marketing major with a minor in Women’s Ministry at Cedarville University. She loves living in the Washington, D.C. metro area and has always enjoyed the history of the nation’s capitol. Since her time at Cedarville, she has been involved in the university chapter of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), Miami Valley Women’s Center child care, caller for the Cedarville Fund, and a member of Alpha Delta Omega a women’s service organization. In high school she developed a passion to help the needs of hurting women and hopes to eventually work at a not-for-profit organization doing what she loves most.
