Taking part in the Cedarville IBC program gives students the ability to experience many facets of the business world, including the particularly important and enriching aspect of community service. Siesta Solutions looks at this opportunity with passion and vision to positively impact all stakeholders from suppliers, customers, employees, and those in the community. Emphasizing social responsibility is a distinguishing characteristic of Siesta Solutions, measuring both our fiscal performance and our performance in terms of positive social influence. Unfortunately, general public perception regarding business is in terrible shape due to a number of both truths and misconceptions. As future decision makers of both the local and global business community, the student entrepreneurs of Siesta Solutions strive to continue and change the face of business through consistent action, consciously working for the benefit of those around us.

To help achieve and expand our influence in the community, Siesta Solutions has partnered with Inside Out Youth, a local non-profit organization committed to impacting the lives of inner city youth through weekly youth programs, mentoring, tutoring, providing meals, etc. The Springfield based organization has been working closely with our company to help facilitate service opportunities for all members of Siesta Solutions, from sweeping the floors to serving meals, helping Inside Out achieve our common vision of community transformation through servant leadership.
